The church in London offers to register saints in the UK and Ireland with Taiwan. If your locality uses this, register here. One form covers your whole family. £200 per person for the conference only, or £460 with a blending trip. A child who needs neither a bed nor a bus seat is free. Please register by Tuesday 15 December 2026.

How registration works

Fill in one form for your whole family, with your flights if you have booked them.
Press “Register and pay”, then pay on Stripe’s secure page by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Your place is confirmed when your payment arrives.
We email you a link to your registration page. Use it to add or change flights and airport pickup by Tuesday 15 December.

This person is a gospel friend

Gospel friends are very welcome at the meetings. Hospitality and blending trips are for believers only, so a gospel friend attends the conference only and stays in their own hotel.

Visa rules depend on each person’s passport. Check Taiwan’s Bureau of Consular Affairs guidance. If someone needs a visa or an invitation letter, tick the box for them. Taiwan helps only people who are already on its list, so once you have paid, the registration team adds them to the list early and asks Taiwan for a letter.

The conference does not book hotels. If you choose your own private arrangement, such as a hotel, please book it yourself, and wait until you know your hosting church. Flights and airport pickup

The dates are fixed, so you can book flights now. If you have booked, add your flights on the form. If not, add them on your registration page by Tuesday 15 December.

When you book: the conference meets arrivals on 19 February (16 February for Trip 1) and takes departures on 22 February (25 February for Trip 2). If you arrive earlier or leave later, please arrange your own transport and lodging for those days.

The conference arranges pickup and drop-off for arrivals and departures within the hosting period.

Registration notice

Each person’s details will be sent to the conference organisers in Taiwan, Living Stream Ministry and the church in Taipei. They share them with their serving teams and your hosts, to arrange the conference, your stay, blending trips and travel.
These details are names, gender, age, programme, church locality, stay, the contact email and mobile number, flights and any notes for hosts.
The UK has not confirmed that Taiwan protects personal data to the UK standard, so UK rights may be harder to use there. The organisers keep an archive until the next such conference has been prepared.
You can withdraw consent at any time by email to data@churchinlondon.org.uk. Without it, we cannot register you with the conference.
Each person’s passport expiry date is only so we can remind you to renew in time. It stays in the UK and is not sent to Taiwan.

Our privacy notice · The organisers’ privacy policy

I agree that the church in London can send these details to the conference organisers in Taiwan and to our hosts, as explained above and in the privacy notice. Everyone I am registering has seen the privacy notice, or I explained it to them, and they agree. For each child, I am a parent or guardian, or I have a parent’s permission.

Donations are not refundable. If someone cannot go, their place can pass to another person.
