The same rates apply to hotel stays. Donations are non-refundable; a place can be transferred to another person.

Flights are not included. A few helpful answers

Before you make arrangements

Registration

Can I register individually?

Not on icsc2027.org: Taiwan takes registrations only from each church’s registration contact. The church in London offers to register saints in the UK and Ireland through this site, and one form covers your whole family. If your locality registers with Taiwan itself, please follow your locality’s arrangement.

I don’t meet in London, or I live abroad. Who registers me?

The church in London registers saints from 26 localities in the UK and Ireland. Choose your locality on the form, or choose Other and type it. If you meet with a church outside the UK and Ireland, please register through that church’s registration contact. If you are not sure, email csc@churchinlondon.org.uk.

Can I bring a gospel friend?

Yes, gospel friends are very welcome at the meetings. Tick “This person is a gospel friend” on the form. Hospitality and blending trips are for believers only, so a gospel friend attends the conference only, gives the same £200 and stays in their own hotel.

What arrangements are there for children?

Please register every child who is going. There is no children’s service, so parents look after their own children. A child who needs neither a bed nor a bus seat is free; a child who needs either gives the same donation as an adult.

Did you receive my registration?

We email you when we receive it, with your ICSC reference in the subject. If you cannot find the email, check your junk folder. Then use “Send me my link”, or email csc@churchinlondon.org.uk. Send me my link

How do I correct my registration?

To add or change flights and airport pickup, use the private link in your email by Tuesday 15 December 2026. For anything else, such as a name or a blending trip, email csc@churchinlondon.org.uk. Update travel details

Can my badge show my Chinese name?

Taiwan has not yet announced check-in or badge details, so we cannot say yet. On the form, please give each name as it appears in the passport. Official conference FAQ

Payment

How much is the donation?

The donation is £200 per person for the conference, or £460 with one blending trip. Hospitality from 19 to 22 February is arranged at no extra cost. If you stay in a hotel, the donation is the same.

How and when do I pay? Has my payment arrived?

Pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay when you register, or later with the private link in your email. One payment covers your whole family. We email you “Payment received” when it arrives. Can’t pay by card? Email csc@churchinlondon.org.uk with your family reference, and we will arrange another way. Please do not send money any other way until we reply.

Can I get a refund, or pass my place on?

Donations are not refundable, even if your plans change. If someone cannot go, the registration team can pass their place to another person: please email csc@churchinlondon.org.uk.

Travel

Can I book flights now?

Yes. The dates are fixed, so you can book flights now. The conference meets arrivals on 19 February (16 February for Trip 1) and takes departures on 22 February (25 February for Trip 2). If you have booked, add your flights on the registration form. If not, add them on your registration page by Tuesday 15 December 2026. The conference uses them to arrange airport pickup. Immigration in Taiwan may ask to see your return or onward ticket.

Which flights fit the hosted dates?

Conference only: land on Friday 19 February and leave on Monday 22 February. Trip 1: land on Tuesday 16 February. Trip 2: leave on Thursday 25 February. Daily flights with one stop fit all three, such as Cathay Pacific via Hong Kong, Emirates via Dubai and EVA Air via Bangkok. The China Airlines non-stop flight does not fly on Thursdays. It fits Trip 1, but adds one hotel night for the conference only and two with Trip 2. Schedules can change, so check them again when you book (checked 26 October 2026).

Is there airport pickup? What if I arrive early or leave late?

If you arrive and leave within your hosting period, the conference arranges pickup and drop-off from the flight details you give us. Outside those dates, please arrange your own airport transport. Official conference FAQ

Do I need a visa or an invitation letter?

British citizens can visit Taiwan for up to 90 days without a visa, with a passport valid for at least six months on the day they arrive. Other passports may need a visa, so please check early. If someone needs a visa or an invitation letter, tick “This person needs a visa or an invitation letter to enter Taiwan” on the form. Taiwan helps only people who are already on its list, so please pay early. The registration team then adds you to the list and asks Taiwan for the letter. Bureau of Consular Affairs: visa-exempt entry

How much annual leave should I plan?

For the conference only, you are hosted from Friday 19 to Monday 22 February: plan about 3–4 working days with the flights. With Trip 1 (Tuesday 16 to Monday 22 February) or Trip 2 (Friday 19 to Thursday 25 February), plan about 6–7. Flights from the UK land in Taiwan the next day, so leave the day before your hosting starts.

What if I cannot travel?

Join the LSM webcast. In UK time: Saturday 20 February, 04:30–10:00; the Lord’s Day 21 February, 01:00–04:40. Recordings are available 2–3 hours after each meeting and are free until 23 March 2027. Outlines are available from 13 February. Saints can enjoy the meetings together locally in fellowship and prophesying.

Hospitality and blending trips

Can I join both blending trips?

No. Each person may join one trip at most: Trip 1, pre-conference blending trip, 16–19 February, or Trip 2, post-conference blending trip, 22–25 February. Each trip is four days and three nights, and the church in Taipei groups saints to visit churches across Taiwan.

Can I join a blending trip without the conference?

No. Taiwan does not offer a trip-only place. A blending trip comes with the conference, for £460 per person.

When does the blending trip start and end?

For Trip 1, the pre-conference blending trip, arrive on 16 February; there is no need to arrive a day early. For Trip 2, the post-conference blending trip, you can fly home on 25 February. Your host church gives the detailed schedule after registration closes. Official conference FAQ

What is a blending trip like?

Each host church plans its own trip, so this is only an example. On a recent trip, the hosts met brothers from the UK at the airport, took them between cities by coach and high-speed rail, arranged their meals through the local meeting halls and lodged them in saints’ homes, a brothers’ house or hotels. Each day had fellowship with the local saints, some sightseeing and a meeting with the local church in the evening.

Is there hospitality before or after these dates?

Hospitality runs from 19 to 22 February, and during your blending trip if you join one. Before or after that, please book and pay for your own lodging, for example an airport hotel. The conference does not recommend hotels.

Can I stay in a hotel instead?

Yes, but please book it yourself: the conference does not book hotels, and the donation is the same. Wait until you know your host church before you book, because blending trips go to churches across Taiwan.

When will I know where I am staying?

Taiwan arranges hospitality after registration closes. When we receive your details, the registration team emails your family from csc@churchinlondon.org.uk. We expect this in January 2027.

How will my hosts contact me?

By the mobile number on your registration, and often by LINE, a messaging app that is widely used in Taiwan. Please install LINE before you travel.

Can we stay near family, or sit with the UK saints?

Register your family on one form, so Taiwan sees you as one family. On a blending trip, saints registered by the same church usually visit together. Taiwan has not yet said how hosting near other relatives or seats at the Taipei Dome are arranged.

In Taiwan

How do I listen to translation?

The meetings are in Chinese, with English, Korean, Japanese and Spanish translation. Bring an FM radio, headphones and batteries, or use Auracast. These languages are also available on the webcast.

What should I bring?

Bring a passport valid for at least six months on the day you arrive, and fill in the online Taiwan Arrival Card before you fly if you need to. Bring an FM radio, headphones and batteries for translation. Taipei is cool and often rainy in late February (about 13–20°C), so bring layers, a jacket and an umbrella. If you stay with saints, you may like to bring your hosts a small gift, such as English tea. Visiting Taiwan (official site)
